If Blackbaud Hosts NetCommunity and your organization hosts The Raiser's Edge
Confirm the Raiser's Edge Web Service is on the latest version.
  1. Navigate to [NetCommunityURL]/login.aspx and note the version listed
  2. Navigate to the Raiser's Edge Web Server
  3. Navigate to Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features
  4. Locate Blackbaud and note the version listed
  5. If the version does not match, the version must be upgraded

If your organization hosts your NetCommunity components
Ask your IT department if they utilize load balancing for the NetCommunity product. If so, ensure the persistency settings are set correctly. Note: Blackbaud Support cannot assist in network configuration.
