GPA in Transcript Header does not show zeros

When previewing a transcript that had GPAs placed in the header you may notice that a GPA that is a whole number shows up as a 3 instead of a 3.00. In Configuration > Business Rules GPAs are marked to show 2 or more digits. This is because the GPA does not have the right formatting in the transcript parameters.

Follow these steps while in the transcript:

1. Go to Format > Student Information
2. Highlight the Row that contains the GPA
3. Select Format Field
4. Ensure that the number of decimal places is more than 1.
5. Mark the box next to Show trailing zeros.
