These fields are appearing blank because there are two transfer/sending school fields that can be displayed in a list: one for schools selected from the drop-down, and one for the manually entered field.

To view where these two fields are entered, navigate to:
  1. Enrollment Management > People Finder > Select a candidate
  2. Select the Schools tab
  3. Click the + Add New button
  4. A school can be selected from the Schools drop-down or entered manually in the School Name (other) field
To find these two fields in a list, navigate to:
  1. Navigate to Analysis > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click the Add button and select Create Advanced List from the drop down
  4. Select the Select Objects tab
  5. Under Constituent Information in the objects list, click User Base
  6. Under Admission, click Sending School
  7. Select the Display Fields tab
  8. Click the Select Fields... link
  9. Expand the User Base object, then the Sending School object
  10. Under Sending School, there are the two sending school name fields, mark these fields to display on the list:
    • Sending School Name: This field refers to the school selected from the Schools drop down
    • School Name Other: This field refers to the school manually entered in the School Name (other) field
To have a comprehensive list of all the transfer/sending schools, either both of these fields will need to be included in the list, or all schools will need to be condensed into one of these fields (How do I add/edit transferring & sending schools in my school setup?)
