A blank box will appear for the Candidate Information section if the Admissions Options has any defined fields created, but no values added. This can be fixed by doing the following:
  1. Log in as an Admissions Manager > onBoard > Settings > Admissions Options
  2. Scroll to the section for Defined Fields. Here you will see one of the Fields has been entered, but no values were created.
  3. Click Create Values and enter the values needed. 
  4. Click Save.
