Error: The batch number specified has already been committed. Using committed batches is not supported.

When trying to process transactions from Online Express into a previously committed The Raiser's Edge batch, you receive the error:  The batch number specified has already been committed.  Using committed batches is not supported.  Would you like to use the next available batch number for this process?
 Create a new batch when processing recurring gifts through Online Express

Steps to Duplicate


1.  Sign into The Raiser's Edge
2.  Choose Donations
3.  Choose Download Transactions
4.  Link the transaction information
5.  Select Bulk Processing
6.  Select the Options tab
7.  Choose the Option to add transactions to an existing batch
8.  Click Process
9.  Receive the error
