Scheduled queues are failing when e-mailing Financial Reports

When e-mailing a Financial report via a Scheduled Queue, your queue may fail and you may receive a queue status notification e-mail which shows:  Error 997. The full error message in the queue status notification email will state the following:

Repairing [report name]                                Failed
Reason: The type initializer for 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.MAPIMessage' threw an exception. (997)

or

[report name]
Reason: Error in report (997)
