Membership expiration date for wrong year - when linking transaction to existing membership in Online Express

When downloading membership transactions from Online Express some membership renewals are defaulting to end of current month instead of end of month in 1 year's time as set in the membership in Config > Membership Categories
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create membership form in Online Express in The Raiser's Edge for a membership program
2. Add form to site and complete a transaction for the membership for a constituent
3. Return to The Raiser's Edge > Online Express > Memberships.
4. Click on Download Transactions.
5. Find the test transaction for the constituent that you entered
6. Link the transaction to his existing constituent record.
7. Click Manage Memberships under Membership Linking. Note Expires On at bottom has correct date.
8. Select No, add a new transaction to an existing membership for [constituent] radio button. Note Expires On date at bottom becomes end of current month rather than end of same month next year
