Marital Status missing for some parents when exporting

When attempting to export marital status for individual records, such as for parents, some rows may be blank, even though parents are marked as spouses and the spouse is listed on the Bio 1 tab of the Individual's record.
Marital Status is not marked in the Demographics tab of the Individual Record.
  1. Within Education Edge, Navigate to Records > Individuals> Open record
  2. Select Bio1 tab of the Individual record
  3. Select Demographics
  4. Enter a value in the Marital Status Filed or Ensure that there is a value in the Marital Status Field.

If Integration is setup with Raiser's Edge, make sure that Marital Status is also listed on the Constituent record within Raiser's Edge.
  1. Within Raiser's Edge, Navigate to Records> Open Record
  2. Select the Bio 1 tab
  3. Enter a value in the Marital Status Filed or Ensure that there is a value in the Marital Status Field.

If there is a value in this field and synchronization does not update this status in Education Edge, see why Marital Status is not updated through integration or synchronization.
