Combination ticket price total not showing correctly in checkout

When purchasing tickets to a combination on Altru's web forms you may notice that the total price in the cart during checkout is incorrect. Altru may show two different totals that don't match.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please Chat with Support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to a combination ticket web form
  2. Choose a ticket type and click add to cart
On the next screen you may notice that to total amount of the card does not match the total amount in the total field
