Membership is not renewed when generating payments in batch

Membership is not renewed when generating payments in batch. This Occurs when a membership has been upgraded/downgraded.

Steps to Duplicate

- Add a new annual recurring gift to a constituent record for £20
- Make the gift date 31/01/16
- Link the gift to an annual membership (£20 dues)
- Enter the membership start date as 31/01/16
- Open the recurring gift, enter a membership transaction schedule
- (Renewed every 1 year, £20 dues)
- Save the record
- Automatically generate payments due on or before 31/01/16 in batch
- Notice the gift is linked to the membership joining transaction

- Amend the recurring gift amount to £10
- The amendment date should be 01/06/16
- Downgrade the membership, with a downgrade date of 01/06/16
- The membership downgrade should expire on 31/01/17
- Amend the membership transaction schedule amount to £10
- Automatically generate payments due on or before 31/01/17

Notice that the membership is not renewed, even though the membership is lapsed and should have been renewed as of 31/01/17.
