This issue is caused when no records are saved when a static gift query is first created. You can update the static query and save the new result by performing the following steps:
  1. In RE > Query open the affected static query
  2. Click on the Results tab (it should return a total record count >0)
  3. Click on the Save button on the upper toolbar
  4. Click OK on the message about generating keys for the records

  5. After the records are processed, a "Keys for static query..." message will display

  6. Click OK and then close the query
