Envelopes are printing blank when I print to my default printer in Blackbaud Hosting Services

You may encounter a problem with printing envelopes where they come out blank when you print them on your default printer.  This may happen to all users that print to the affected printer, and may only occur with one printer at your organization. 
  1. Click on the Windows Start button, and select devices and printers
    • Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 Users: Right-click on the Start Button > Control Panel > Devices and Printers (or "View devices and printers" under the Hardware and Sound category)
  2. Right-click the desired printer and select Printer Properties 
  3. Navigate to the advanced tab 
  4. Unmark ‘Enable Advanced Printing Features’
