Scheduled email failed to send in Online Express

I scheduled an email blast to send in Online Express. However, it's been at least a day and the email metrics have not refreshed. Did it send?

The email scheduled setting is to "Send After [date and time]" meaning the send will start at or after the specified date and time. Please allow sufficient time for the send to complete.

If the metrics in Online Express Email Marketing do not update with 24 hours of the Send After [date and time], please click Chat with Support and reference this article. Please have the following information ready:

  • Your site ID
  • Name or Subject line of the affected email
