To resolve this issue, we recommend using an online HTML clean up tool. 
  1. Log into Netcommunity.
  2. Select Email > Messages and click the Pencil icon to edit the email message.
  3. Select the View tab > HTML code.
  4. Copy out the entire code.
  5. Paste this code into an online HTML cleanup tool, such as Dirty Markup, and run the tool to clean up the code.
  6. Copy the updated code out of the online tool and paste this back into the HTML code of the email message.
  7. Save
