In order to be granted the permissions to edit page wrappers in Luminate CMS, a colleague that already has these permissions can follow the steps below to grant them to you.
  1. In Luminate go to Content > CMS
  2. Once you are in CMS, select the Reports & Tools tab
  3. Select All Reports & Tools from the drop down menu
  4. Under the Site Management, heading click the Website Administrators link
  5. Above the list of admins there is a drop down menu where you will select either Person or Admin Group
  6. In the text box to the right of this, you will enter the name of the Luminate user you would like to add and then click Search
  7. Once your search pulls up the correct name, click the Change link to the right of their name
  8. Set their role as Website Administrator 
  9. Click Change
