Perform these steps on any computer that is experiencing the issue.  If you are using a network printer with a printer server, perform these steps on the printer server:
  1. Click Start and select devices and printers 
  2. Right-click the desired printer and select Printer Properties 
  3. Navigate to the advanced tab 
  4. Unmark ‘Enable Advanced Printing Features’
