To edit username/password email notifications:
  1. Start from the onMessage persona
  2. From the Communication drop down, select Notification
  3. Click on the Notifications tab
  4. From the Category drop down, select User Management
  5. Click the View button
  6. There are three notifications here that relate to a username/password request:
    1. Password: This notification is sent when a user requests a password that exists in the system
    2. Password URL: This notification is sent when a user requests a password but does not have one in the system, and allows them to create one
    3. Username: This notification is sent when a user requests their username
  7. Next to one of these notifications that you want to customize, click Edit
  8. Edit the text in the Body field to customize the text of the email that is sent to the user
  9. Click the Save & Exit button
Note: If one of these notifications has (inactive) by their name, it is currently disabled and won't be sent to users. The notification can be enabled while editing it by checking the box next to Active and then saving
