Online Express changes The Raiser's Edge with information that was rejected when linking transactions

When processing transactions from Online Express into The Raiser's Edge, when bulk processing transactions, previously rejected changes are updated onto constituent records.
This happens if the option to automatically update records with contact information provided by the donors is selected on the Bulk Processing Options tab.  

To change this setting perform the following steps:

1. Access Online Express
2. Select Donations, Events, or Memberships
3. Select Download Transactions
4.  Select a donor that was not auto-matched and remove the check in one of the updates
5. Select Bulk Processing
6. Select the Options tab
7. In the Transaction Profile Data section, move the radial to Reject profile information 
8. Select Process Now and commit the generated batch
9. View constituent record and see that the data was not changed

Steps to Duplicate

1. Sign into The Raiser's Edge
2. Select Online Express
3. Select Donations, Events, or Memberships
4. Select Download Transactions
5  Select a donor that was not auto-matched
6. Review the information entered by the donor and remove the check in one of the updates
7. Select Bulk Processing
8. Select Process Now and commit the generated batch
9. View constituent record and see that the reject data is on the constituent record
