1. Go to Web > Default Acknowledgement Email or go to the specific acknowledgement email you are using.
  2. Ensure that you have the merge fields "Begin link to eTickets page" and "End link to eTickets page" in the email.  If not, add these by clicking the Insert tab, click Merge Fields, expand Summary, expand eTickets, then double click or drag and drop Begin link to eTickets page and End link to eTickets page.
  3. Between "Begin link to eTickets page" and "End link to eTickets page," insert the words that you want to be the hyperlink to the eTickets page.  For example, you could write "Access your eTickets here."  If you have no words between these merge fields, there will be no link to the eTicket in your acknowledgement email.
  4. Click Save.
