To build this list:
  1. Navigate to onBoard > Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click on Manage basic and advanced lists
  3. Click on List Templates
  4. Select Admission from the Template Category dropdown
  5. To the right of Candidate Information, click the View/Copy link
  6. On the Select Objects tab, expand the Admission category
  7. Select the Candidate Status and Sending School objects
  8. Select the Display Fields tab
  9. Click the Select Fields link:
    • Expand Candidate, then Candidate Status
    • Mark the box for Status
    • Expand User Base, then Sending School
    • Mark the boxes for School Name Other and Sending School Name
    • Click the Select button
  10. Select the Filters tab:
    • Under Global Filters (Where clause), click on the User-added image icon beside 'any of Candidate' under Condition
    • Locate and select 'any of Incoming Student'
    • Click the Select button
    • Click the + to add a row under Global Filters
      • From the Field dropdown, select Sending School.School Year
      • In the Condition window, select 'any of 2016-2017'
      • Click the Select button
    • Click the + to add a row under Global Filters
      • From the Field dropdown, select Candidate.Entering Grade
      • In the Condition window, select 'any of 9th Grade'
      • Click the Select button
    • Click the + to add a row under Global Filters
      • From the Field dropdown, select Candidate.Entering Year
      • In the Condition window, select 'any of 2016-2017'
      • Click the Select button
    • In the row under Object Filters
      • Select Sending School.Sending School type in the Field dropdown
      • In the Condition window, select 'any of Applying to'
      • Click the Select button
  11. Click on the Preview link in the lower right corner to return results
