Users may notice that attributes are not being shown for payments within Transaction Queries.
We are currently investigating this issue, and will update this article once we have reached a resolution.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Log into Student Billing. 2. Go to Queries > New. 3. Select Transaction in the query type field. 4. In the Criteria tab, select Transaction > Transaction ID > Enter an ID of a payment with an attribute. 5. In the Output tab, select Attributes > Select the desired attribute > Select [Attribute name] comments. 6. Click the Results tab. 7. Notice nothing populates in the comments column.
