Revenue Letter in Tribute Acknowledgement does not appear after creation

In the Tribute Acknowledgment section in Marketing and Communications the revenue letter in the letters tab does not show after it has been created.

We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Under Marketing and Communication
  2. Select Tribute Acknowledgements
  3. Select the subheading for Letters
  4. Add Revenue Letter
  5. Add name, word template, any selection and output format
  6. Notice, the Revenue letter did not Save and is not showing
