1. In Sphere, go to: Content > Content Management System
  2. Hover over the CMS site in which the survey resides.
  3. Click Manage Website
  4. Click the tab: Content Management
  5. Under Site Structure, click: Folder
  6. You will now see the file tree on the left
  7. Navigate the file tree and find the survey form
  8. Click on the form name
  9. To the right of the file tree you will see the form Properties
  10. Click the tab that says: Report
  11. Scroll to the bottom of the report tab and click the button that says: View in Excel
  12. Save your excel document and exit the CMS
