Header Missing from Report but Included in the Total

When running the statement of activities report, the header impacts the total but is not printed or displayed on the report.  The header is missing from the report is included in the range of accounts that are being filtered.  If you create a new VCO and use that to run the report, the header is still missing from report.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Reports > Financial Statements > Statement of Activities
2. Run the Statement of Activities report for current fiscal year with the VCO and the Header was not listed on report
3. Export the Report to excel to get totals of columns.  Account is included in total but header is missing from report
4. Run the Statement of Activities report for previous fiscal year with the VCO- and header was still missing from report
5. Export the report to see if totaling the same way. - If you add the accounts listed on the report, their total is greater than the total printed on the report (these results match the totaling for the current fiscal year)
6. Open the VCO and went to the header in question.  Change the account code filters from all of the account codes and entered the account code associated with the activity on the missing header
7. Run the report with the VCO filter changed for account code that is associated with the activity.  Header is now listed on report and is included in the total.  Total is the same as when the header is included and when the header is not included.
8. Open the VCO and change the account code filters to include a range and the account code with activity was included in this range
9. Run the same report using the VCO filtered on the account code range- Header was included on report
10. Total matches the total of the report when the VCO is run for all the account codes but this report does not include all of the account codes.  The report will need to include all of the account codes for reporting purposes.
11. Open the VCO and changed the range from the account code range with the account activity to ranges that include all of the account codes (For example: 1000-1999, 2000-2999)
12. Run the Statement of Activities report with the VCO filtering on all of the account ranges
13. Header was still missing from report but was included in the total even though account code with activity was included on report
