1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists.
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions.
  3. Select the List Templates tab.
  4. From the Template Category drop down, select Constituent Information.
  5. Click View/Copy for the Parents of Alumni template.
  6. In the Select Objects tab, on the right, expand User Role and all the objects under it.
  7. Un-check the Inner box for User Detail[1] and User Detail[2].
  8. In the Display Fields tab, remove any fields you do not wish to include in the list results.
  9. To include more fields, click Select Fields.
  10. Expand the objects.
  11. In the Select Display Fields popup, select each field you wish to display.
  12. Click Select.
  13. In the Filters tab, under Global Filters, add a row for User Base[1].Grad Year is any of ####.
