Date and time appears in Last Sent column of Online Express email lists for a list never used before

I just created a new list for an email blast in Online Express. After sending a test, the list now shows as being used and sent to. How can this happen if I have never used the list before?
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

In  the Raiser's Edge 7.95 sample database with Online Express present:
  1. Create a new constituent query with the following criteria: Phones > Phone Number contains @
  2. Click on File in top menu bar. Select Save.
  3. Name this query List A. Save the query, but do not close.
  4. With the same query still open, click on File in the top menu bar. Select Save As...
  5. Name this query List B. Save the query.
  6. Click on File in top menu bar. Select Close.
  7. Go to Online Express in left menu. Click on Email marketing at the top.
  8. Click on Manage lists.
  9. Click Create new list.
  10. Enter List name of List A.
  11. Click Add a Query. Search and add List A query created in steps1 through 3.
  12. Click Save and Close.
  13. Click Create new list.
  14. Enter List name of List B.
  15. Click Add a Query. Search and add List B query created in steps 4 though 5.
  16. Click Save and Close.
  17. Click Close.
  18. Click on Create a new email.
  19. Select any draft format.
  20. Click Save & Continue.
  21. On the Get ready to send tab:
  22. Enter a subject line
  23. Select the recipient list of List A
  24. Enter your email in the Test Message field.
  25. Click Send test. Note the date and time sent that appears next to button.
  26. Click Save & Close.
  27. Click on Manage Lists.
  28. Find List A. A message count of 1 and the date and time sent noted in step 25 appears.
  29. Repeat steps 18 through 28 using List B to confirm same results if desired.
