Not receiving test email messages when viewing as a constituent

I'm trying to test some personalized content in an email. Whenever I attempt to view the message as a constituent, though, I'm not receiving the test message. I can send it to other admins, but I cannot receive it.
Test emails sent while viewing as a particular constituent or group member will not send to the email address listed on your admin account.

To view test emails as a constituent or group member, it is recommended to send the test email to an alternate email address or another admin.
