Our school sends out notifications for Announcements to our constituents, but we noticed that the more details text in the notification email is bringing up a blank page instead of the announcement.
This is due to the primary category not being set. In order to have the more details text in a notification work correctly, you must choose a primary category.
To set a primary category, go to onMessage:
Then select Announcements
Click on the Category that houses the Announcement
Edit the Announcement
Scroll to the bottom and mark the radio button under Primary
