There are 2 potential reasons why the autoresponder is not being sent. 
  1. The milestone is not configured to send an autoresponder. To confirm whether this is true, follow the steps below.
    1. Navigate to Fundraising > select TeamRaiser
    2. Find your TeamRaiser and click Edit
    3. Navigate to Manage Milestones
    4. Find your Milestone and click Edit
    5. Select Add Milestone Detail to Autoresponder HTML
    6. Confirm that the checkbox is marked for "Yes, send the Autoresponder when a participant reaches this milestone."
  2. The "Congratulations for Reaching a Fundraising Milestone" autoresponder is disabled. To confirm whether this is true, follow the steps below.
    1. Navigate to Fundraising > select TeamRaiser
    2. Find your TeamRaiser and click Edit
    3. Navigate to Manage Autoresponders​
    4. Locate "Congratulations for Reaching a Fundraising Milestone"
    5. If it says "Do Not Send this Autoresponder," then click one of the two options: Switch to Customized Version, or Revert to Site Default Version
