This issue is resolved in the latest version of the RELO plugin. Update to the latest versions of the integration to address this issue.

Please contact Support and create a case if you are still experiencing this issue after updating plugin versions 1.4.6339.27291 and version 1.4.17124.1 of web services or above.

NOTE: Users working in Raiser's Edge 7.95 and above should also consider the settings in Configuration, Business Rules that affect saving duplicate phone types to records when integrated with Luminate Online.
