Revenue cannot be edited or deleted since it was added with no application

A payment was added without an application.  This particular revenue transaction cannot be edited or deleted because it has no application.  
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open revenue transaction
  2. Notice there is no Application.  There is also no option to delete or edit the transaction
  3. Run the History report for this transaction (selecting all dates)
  4. Notice the transaction was added by Application Blackbaud App Server (Scorpio).
