If an assessment report card includes Grading Periods from two different schools, a student may incorrectly have access to a report card for an incorrect school. Report Cards created for a specific school should only contain grading periods related to that school. Verify the correct grading periods are selected with the steps below:

1. Go to onRecord > Performance > Grading.
2. Select the Report Card Builder tab.
3. Under Select Filter Options, filter on the appropriate report card for the correct year.
4. Click Edit next to the correct assessment report card to edit.
5. Under Report Card Details, select Grading Periods.
6. Delete any Grading Periods associated with the incorrect school.
7. Click Save and Exit.


This can also be caused by incorrect grade plans associated with the report cards. (For example: If you have Kindergarten and Lower School - each has a separate Grade Plan but the report card contains Grade Plan Grades for both Grade Plans.)

1. Go to onRecord > Performance > Grading
2.Select the Report Card Builder tab
3. Under Select Filter Options, filter on the appropriate report card for the correct year.
4. Click Edit next to the Report Card
5. Select Access/Grades
6. Select Edit
7. Make sure that the correct Grade Plan Grades are listed with the Correct Grade Plan.
NoteIf you want to print separate report cards, you will need separate Grade Plans for all classes for a specific grade level.
