Acknowledgement merge fields appearing as pictures in emails

When sending an acknowledgement email through Altru you may notice that the merge fields don't merge into the email and show as pictures in the letter. 
Remove the merge fields, and readd them back to the email to resolve the issue. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Marketing and Communications > Acknowledgements
  2. Make sure that you have an acknowledgment letter set up that is sent via email and merge recipient information with a letter is marked
  3. Make sure that the letter has merge fields within them
  4. Click run acknowledgements
Once the letter is emailed out you may notice that the letter contains the merge fields instead of the merge fields merging with the information from Altru
