Credit card processing report shows $0 for processed transaction

When viewing the credit card results reports, users may see a $0 transaction even though the credit card was charged for an amount. 
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Select Revenue> EFT> credit card processing
  2. Select the credit card process
  3. Select the History tab
  4. Click Results report for the process
  5. See a $0 transaction for a card that actually processed
