Complete the steps in the order listed until your issue is resolved:
  1. Download and install the latest patch.
  2. If you already have the latest patch installed and are receiving this error, repair your Raiser's Edge installation on the server. Prior to beginning the repair, ensure that you have a current and valid backup of your database(s) and that your database files are not located in the same directory/subdirectories where the Raiser's Edge is installed (Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\).
