1. Go to Core > Users/Access > Profile > Manage Roles.
  2. Click on the role name (Faculty, Staff, Coach, Parent, Parent of Candidate, Parent of Incoming Student, Parent of Alumni).
  3. Click on Tasks.
  4. Click Edit in the top-right.
  5. Un-check the following tasks for the role indicated
    • Faculty, Staff, Coach
      • Medical Contact Card
      • Student Medical Profile Security For Staff
    • Parent, Parent of Candidate, Parent of Incoming Student, Parent of Alumni
      • Student Medical Profile Security For Parents
  6. Save & Exit.
Note: Members of the roles must sign out and sign in again in order to see the change.
