To do this you will need to create a cloned onMessage Manager Role, navigate to:
  1. Core > Security > Roles
  2. Click Add
  3. Title the new Role
  4. Select the Radio Button for Alumni Group Manager (You can select any one of the Managers listed within the link below, however some Roles automatically come with some Tasks enabled within the stock role and cannot be removed, the list of Manager Roles that have access to School Forms can be found here Which users have access to School Forms?)
  5. Click Next
  6. Click Save and Exit
  7. Find the name
  8. Click Tasks 
  9. Click Edit
  10. Mark the Following Tasks in the App checkbox:
  • School Forms
  • Edit School Forms
  • onMessage School Form Preview
  1. Click Save and Exit
Note: The User must log out and back in for the Role changes to take effect
