Once you have created the Designee (Designation), you will need to add this new Designee to each desired donation form before it can be selected by your donors.

To do this, please:
  1. Go to Fundraising > Donation Management
  2. Select the All Donation Forms tab
  3. Click Edit in the Actions column for the desired form
  4. Select Design Donor Screens
  5. Click Edit in the Actions column for Donation Form
  6. On the right-hand side, click your Designated Giving donation level to select it and click Save Order and Edit Selected
  7. Under Eligible Designees, click the Change List of Designees
  8. Check the box beside the desired designees and click Save
  9. Click Finish
