In FA Web, Skills are missing for some classes and showing for others.

When entering Skill Ratings in FA Web, there are no skills showing for the majority of classes, but they do show for one class or course. When selecting to Customize the skills and selecting a Category instead of selecting All, the Customization settings change for all the other classes, causing the skills to disappear for those classes.
