To create this list, navigate to:
  1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click Add
  4. Click Create Advanced List
  5. Within Select Objects, Select User Base
  6. Select Spouse/Spouse Relationship 
  7. Add another User Base Object
  8. Click Display Fields
  9. Click Select Fields
  10. Expand User Base, and Spouse/Spouse Relationship, User Base [1] and Mark First Name Last Name under User Base,Short Desc 1 under Spouse/Spouse Relationship as First Name Last Name for User Base [1]
  11. Click Select
  12. Click Filters
  13. Under Global Filter
  14. Add a Global Filter for Spouse/Spouse Relationship. Short Description 1 is Spouse
