When adding an Attachment in web view, users are unable to select exiting Attachment Types or create a new Attachment Type when saving or editing attachments.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Search for a constituent record 2. Under the Attachments section, click Attach a file 3. Click to browse for a file (or paste link) - any file type has the same results 4. Once file is selected, type in the Attachment types field to add a new type 5. Existing types will not appear and users are unable to create new ones 6. Click Save 7. Attachment saves but has no Attachment Type listed
