You may receive this error on your web forms when one of the program tied to your combination is not available for online sales or the on-sale period is not active. We can resolve this error by checking each of the items below:

Step #1: Confirm web form is approved for the Web:
  1. Navigate to Web > Manage program forms
  2. Search the first program associated with your Combination > Ensure that it is approved for the Web
  3. Search the second program associated with your Combination > Ensure that it is approved for the web
    • Note: If one of your programs is not approved for the web we can take the following steps to Approve the program for the web:
      1. Navigate to web > Manage program forms
      2. Search the program that needs to be approved
      3. Click drop down next to program and select Approve for Web

Step #2: Ensure that the on-sale period for the programs is currently active:
  1. Navigate to the tickets tab> click program search
  2. search for the name of the first program
  3. Go to the on-sale tab make sure that the online window for sales is active
  4. repeat for the second program.
