This is because there is not a Type set within the Checklist step, to set this navigate to:
  1. Enrollment Management > Admissions > Admissions setup > Checklists
  2. Click Edit for the Checklist Name you are working with
  3. Click Edit next to the Checklist Step you want the file upload attached to
  4. Select  the Type in the Dropdown
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the window, and you will see allow upload Yes or No at the bottom, Select Yes
  6. Click Save
In the Enrollment Management Dashboard there is a tab for File Submissions. When a parent uploads a file to their child's candidate profile, the file will show up under Enrollment Management > Admissions > Admissions management > Process file submissions, where the school can print the information and process it so it appears in the students checklist. Once the files are processed and details added, the file will show in each checklist item, and/or within the Candidate Record Tab (depending on what Type is selected in the type dropdown)
For example the School Type will display the File information on the School Tab.
Note: If there is already a School Entered in the School Tab for the Same Year you are trying to attach the file to, when you Save the Checklist step and File Upload nothing happens. Delete the Sending School and then process the checklist step with the File upload.

The following Types allow a File Upload:
  • Educational Testing (AKA Educational Support)
  • Family Photo
  • Interview
  • School
  • Test
  • Age Verification
