1. Go to Core > Communication > Resource Boards.
  2. Next to View Boards, select the persona you wish to publish the post to.
  3. Edit the post where you want to add the form.
  4. In the upper-left click on the document icon to get to the layout.
  5. On the left, under Content Types, drag and drop the Forms List content type to where you want it located on the layout.
  6. Click the gear (settings) for the Forms List.
  7. Select the form(s) you wish to display.
  8. Enter custom text if you want any to display.
  9. Click Save.
Tip: When you view the post, the title of the form appears as a link. Clicking the link takes you directly to the form.
