If students are not able to see their schedules on the My Day > Schedule tab, but you can see it on their Progress page, this is likely because the Access date for Students on your schedule set is not entered, or has a date in the future. To resolve this, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Academics> Scheduling > Schedule Online 
  2. The next screen will land you on Schedule Sets
  3. Select the appropriate School Year and School Level
  4. Click the Pencil to Edit your Schedule Set. If you have more than one, you will need to follow these instructions for all.
  5. On the General Tab, under Access Dates find Student
  6. Enter/Change the date for the Student role to make it the day you would like students to begin being able to see their schedules
  7. Click Save & Close
