Master Schedule Announcements are added by Schedule Set and are viewable on users Calendars. In order for users to be able to view an Announcement they must be in a group that uses the Schedule Set the Announcement was posted to and their role must also have access to view the schedule set.

To make sure role access is enabled for the schedule set you posted the announcement to, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Academics > Scheduling > Schedule Outline > Schedule Sets
  2. Select the appropriate School Year, Level, and Group type
  3. Click the Edit Pencil
  4. Next to Access Dates, find the role you want to give access
  5. Enter a date for that role that you want them to be able to view the schedule. (If you want them to view it now, enter today's date or earlier)
  6. Click Save & Close
