There are 4 different types of bios. To learn more about them take a look at Which user profile bio type should I use?

Though a user bio in Core will pull onto the front-end site, it will do so only while using the Directory widget. If a user is in an affinity group, the bio will have to be added and edited directly on the page where it is located.

To add a biography to a user in an affinity group, from the menu in the top left select School Website:
  1. Navigate to Website Management > Websites
  2. Click the ellipses button next to the Main or Default Site and select Edit Website
  3. Search for the page the user is listed on
  4. Click the wrench icon for that page
  5. Select Edit Page Content
  6. In the Affinity Group, click Biography

  2. Click Save
  3. Then click Apply Changes
