If a user is not able to see their own or other users' schedules, this is likely because the Access Date for their Role on your schedule set is not entered, or has a date in the future. To resolve this, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Academics > Scheduling > Schedule Outline > Schedule Sets
  2. Select the appropriate School Level and School Year
  3. Click the Pencil to Edit your Schedule Set. If you have more than one, you will need to follow these instructions for all.
  4. On the General Tab, under Access Dates find the corresponding role for the user
  5. Enter/Change the date for their role to make it the day you would like them to begin being able to see schedules
  6. Click Save & Close
