A user may not be able to see export definitions that contain the Steps\Interactions field. They can see and edit the query that the export definition is based off of, but cannot see the export definition. If they try to add this export definition, they may receive the error: the user doesn't have rights to the source query view.
Have a System Role Administrator assign the user Development Data Entry, Director of Development, or Event Manager system roles.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to Administration > Export Definitions.
Click Add and select source view of Steps/Interactions and click ok.
In the middle column of export, click on Date, Status, Contact method, Comments, and move these fields to the right.
On the left, click on the plus sign next to Participants and click on participants under that. In the middle, click on Name and move to the right.
On the left, click on Constituent, and in the middle click name and move that to the right.
Go to the Set Save options tab, enter a name and save.
Receive error: the user doesn't have rights to the source query view.
