The profile display part is not displaying updated organizational information when updating constituent’s organizational information using either the BBIS profile update form part or from CRM. If a user does not currently have any organizational information tied to their record, the profile update form will correctly display the first and only change. Although the change is reflected on the profile update form and CRM, there is no change on the profile display part.
Were currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Create a new BBIS user with only username and password. 2. Log in as the user and navigate to a profile update form that includes organizational information. 3. Include organizational information and submit the update. 4. From CRM download and commit the profile update. 5. Note the change on the constituent record. 6. Create or use a BBIS profile display part that includes organizational information. 7. Note that the organizational information is not displayed. 8. Navigate back to the profile update form and note that the organizational information appears for editing. 9. Adding or changing organizational information is CRM is not reflected on the profile update form or profile display part.
